PARTNER PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Meco Partner Program is available to newsletter publishers interested in earning additional revenue by promoting Meco to their subscriber base. Participants in the program have the opportunity to earn payouts for successful referrals to Meco.

REFERRAL TRACKING

Participants will be provided with a unique tracking link to share with their newsletter subscribers and wider audience. Referrals will be credited when individuals sign up for the Meco web app or download the mobile app through this tracking link.

REFERRAL CRITERIA

A referral will be deemed successful if a reader clicks on the link and either installs the Meco app (on mobile) or signs up for Meco (on web). Referrals will be considered valid only if the referred individuals are new to Meco. Each individual can contribute to a maximum of one referral. For instance, if a person both downloads the app and signs up on the web, they will be tallied as a single referral.

PAYOUT PRICE

Meco compensates publishers with a specified amount for each successfully referred install or sign-up. The payout price (compensation per referral) is communicated to publishers within the Meco portal and may change at any time. Referrals made after a price change will receive payouts at the new rate, while those made before the change will be compensated at the previous rate.

Whether a payout is actioned shall be a decision made in the sole discretion of Meco Limited. Meco Limited reserves the right to any remedy, including denial of payout or removal from the Partner Program, if fraud, fake accounts, bot referrals, referral exchange networks or other violations of the Terms of Service or these Terms are suspected.

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

The Meco Partner Program is open exclusively to newsletter publishers who:

• Have an active and legitimate newsletter.

• Comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

• Utilize the unique tracking link provided by Meco for eligible referrals.

• Meco reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at its discretion.

PROGRAM DURATION

The Partner Program is ongoing, and participants can refer new users at any time. Meco reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at its discretion, with notice to participants.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Participant data will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with Meco's Privacy Policy. By participating in the Partner Program, publishers expressly consent to the collection and use of their data.

TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

Meco retains the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the Partner Program for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the referral system.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the program thereafter.

Your continued use of the program following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
